Onsite Collection
Counts are saved to the project selected above.
If an email is entered, the contact gets a pickup receipt with the counts as soon as you save. Contact details stay on this device and in the CSV — never in the inventory.
Batch by device type/qty only — no labels or serials go on at this stage.
In-House Labeling & Reconcile
Sends devices to the inventory database. Owner contact info is never stored in the inventory — export CSV for SharePoint.
